Baked Oatmeal

Creamy, a little chewy, warm and inviting.


Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal w/ Blueberries and Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients

1/2 cup thick cut rolled oats

1 cup oat milk (any other milk is fine as well)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

1-2 tablespoons macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients except the macadamias and blueberries in a small oven proof baking crock.

  3. Bake 30-35 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes.

  4. Serve with blueberries and chopped macadamia nuts and additional maple syrup if desired.

You can serve this oatmeal with any toppings that you desire <3
